A huge congratulations to Mia who has shaved her hair off in school today, her ponytails will be donated to the Little Princess Trust who provide free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions. The money raised will also go to the Great North Air Ambulance to support the amazing work they do across our region. We are all extremely proud of Mia and salute her efforts in making a difference to the lives of people she has not even met. Well done Mia – you are a real STAR!
