School will reopen on Monday 5th March following the heavy snowfall and hazardous conditions brought on by the ‘Beast from the East’. Happy Smiles childcare will also reopen – parents are asked to confirm on their facebook page.
A very special thank you to all those that gave up their time on Sunday to clear gateways, the car park, access routes and emergency exits. They also took time to clear the junction at the end of West Street. Parents should use normal access points for drop off and collection. Further snow clearance on site will continue and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. As yet side roads and pathways are not clear and parents should take every precaution in travelling and transporting their children to school. We advise that you avoid car travel on Alder Grove at present.
