They had a wonderful time exploring french language activities and a range of french reading books. Through story telling they learnt all about Bastille Day. Their behaviour was exemplary and the reports back showed they enjoyed every minute.
Mini Police Passing Out Assembly
Congratulations to all our Year 5 Mini Police who completed a year of hard work, commitment and responsibility by presenting their own assembly to an audience of friends, family and guest visitors, PCSO Alex Cave and Mr Ron Hogg, Durham’s Police, Crime and Victims Commissioner. At the end of the assembly Mr Hogg spoke highly of their work across the year and the achievements they have made in our community. Finally each mini police person was awarded their certificate.
Thank you to all the mini police, they have done us proud and they are now the inspiration for our Year 4 children who will become our next Mini Police group.
